Quick ? re Rollie IR400

About to try some Rollie IR400 120mm roll film for the first time in my pinhole camera, I know I need to load it in subdued light, but can I use my red frame counter window or do I need to guessimate how far I wind on so I don't fog the film.

Rollei IR 820/400 is pretty sensitive so I expect you can not use the red frame counter.
It's correct to load and unload the film in subdue light.

I agree... black out the frame counter. Especially with the long exposure you'll be doing with pinhole.

Thanks, I have a slide on the frame counter anyway and only open it when winding on.
