. . . . which is the best APUG forum (or sub forum) to post some of my MF images for critique?

Thanks

Seriously?
Quick answer : An art director with good reputation.

with regards

PS : Pls. go your way and don't hear at others in forums if you want to become a good photographer.
PPS : In cases of strong doubts an absolute expert who give a reserve expertise might help. If you will not realize that the first expert is you - you will never go better as the normal folks.

I'd just post them in your own media gallery on photrio. Alternatively you could post in the mixed workflow forum, under the photographic aesthetics and composition section I suppose. This advice comes with the caveat that you will get critiqued by people that may not be entirely qualified to critique you. I can tell you whether or not I think your photo is pleasing, but I'm no trained professional and my opinions may steer you away from a more correct path. I can only offer a personal opinion, not a professional one. Many of us here would fall into this category. If you're looking for info about the subject matter or composition, then I agree with trendland about seeing an art director.

If you're looking for basic information on exposure or development then the gallery would be a great spot to post. You could also post in the mixed workflow forum again under the exposure discussion.

One of the advantages of being a paid subscriber is that you can post images and solicit critiques.
Otherwise, it isn't really in keeping with the site's rules.

OK I just paid for a 1 year Photrio subscription, how long before I have access to the galleries??
