Howdy,

I have developed a partially exposed roll of Hp5+. It was a roll of 35mm, 36 exp, with about 12 actually exposed.

When I did the final fix, I noticed that there was quite a pink hue to the fixer (I was doing 2 bath fixing, this was the second bath). The Pink did disappear after about a minute or two. I also refixed and noticed it again, so I did a third try in the second bath.

Obviously, this was due to the higher amount of silver then normal. Should I be worried about whether the film is sufficiently fixed? The 2nd bath was fresh. (the first bath had seen about ten rolls as the second bath and cleared in around 35 secs when I first tested). Should I also be concerned about the amount of silver in the fresh fixer?

Any advice welcome!

Cheers
