To make a short question long:
I have a Nikon F3HP that was used to test the adage "useful as a hammer" or "use it as a weapon."
I bought it from this listing:
(there was a url link here which no longer exists)
I have repaired the AE lock wire's solder joint that was broken, replaced the aperture ring's string (that I broke
), found a regular back and mashed the viewfinder thread back into useful shape....Whew!
In doing all that I may have replaced the ISO ring back in slightly off.
What I want to know is, how far your (nicer, unrepaired, unmolested F3) exposure compensation dial can go in either direction when you are in ISO 12. Mine stops at +1 & 1/3 and also seems to be 2/3 stop off from my Nikon FE.
This must mean that I need to reset the ISO dial, but I just wanna make sure before I tear into it again.
