Question for Rollei 6000 series users

I have been looking at Rollei 6008 I 2 cameras. There are various deals out there I guess because of Rollei calling it quits. Anyway I hope this is not a stupid question.

When buying a new Rollei 6008 camera, does the camera come with a Waist level finder from the factory or is this something you have to buy extra?

The cameras are readily equipped with a WLF. I think there are (or were) two packages you can obtain :
- Plain camera with WLF
- Camera with WLF, filmback, charger, battery, strap.
