Question about Minolta Maxxum 450si?

Are these camera's panoramaic camera's, i.e., pano mode?

Howdy TOM,

If its like my 300si Super, what the Pano mode is, is a mechanical mask that crops the top and bottom of the frame. This mask is operated by a lever on the side of the camera.

Of course, assuming that is the case, than you can do this in the darkroom, in your computer, or have your lab do it.

Hi Paul. Don't know, I'll have it in a LOT on Tuesday.
I just saw some threads ref'ed a pano mode so I'm trying to learn prior to pickup.

and thats 100% right. I'm thinking marketing ploy 100% here. As a matter of fact, I have never used it on mine...ever
