SHHHHH that is why I didn't mention that part. or that it would help you sleep. Of course that is in extremely small amounts. Just a pinch too much and the sleep is a permeant condition.

Other teas are the good old senna tea. Helped me out once when I had a problem in Denmark. Of course that stuff is nasty tasting.

Interestingly enough, atropine, the active component of nightshades is the antidote for nerve gas poisoning.
