Can someone direct me to the latest, most up-to-date recipe for the most recent version of Pyrocat..... M or MC? I've lost the original that Sandy & Gadget published and have been trying to put it together searching posts and there seems like a lot of contradiction when trying to follow threads.

Thanks for posting the links, Tom.

Just a personal comment. I have switched to Pyrocat-MC for film that I develop with rotary in tubes and drums because it seems to give a sharper more edgy look than -HD. However, some may still prefer th creamy tone look of -HD.

For minimal and stand type development I continue to recommend Pyrocat-HD because the edgy look of -MC may be over the top for some people.

Bear in mind that I am primarily interested in contact printing, or in scanning for making digital negatives at no more than 2X-3X magnification.
