As far as acutance goes, the best method I have found with pyrocat is to do minimal agitation. This has resulted in the best negatives I have produced. It is pretty simple. You do a full minute of agitation, followed by 10 seconds of agitation every three minutes. Use a dilute concentration (I've settled on 1:1:150 for slower films, but can't give one for this film, sorry, don't use it) and your times will be on the long side. Results with respect to shadow detail and crisp edges will be worth the effort once you have the times worked out. Best of luck, tim
