Pyrocat HD falure

Yip, just didn't use it enough. It's about a year old and only half done. Does anyone know if I can just add some metol to the 'a' part, to get it working again?

Pyrocat-HD part A contains phenidone and catechol as developing agents. You cannot add metol to the solution to revive it. My suggestion is that if you cannot use a developer in the allotted time that you switch to a developer with a longer shelf life like HC-110 or Rodinal or if you mix your own then mix up a smaller volume.

Or mix it in glycol. Lasts practically forever.

I mixed mine into propylene glycol based antifreeze about a year and a half ago, and it's still kickin'!
