putting it all together

So testing materials for the moment are done! I decided to go for it. 2 days ago I got off early . Started checking out old RB67 and light box. Wife walks by ...I told her to stop rushing and stand there for a second and just relax. She closed her eyes..I hit the shutter. I processed the roll of 120 delta 100 semi-stand in prescysol-ef, dried and scanned on epson 4870. Tonight I used my just complete chartThrob curve(after learning how to apply it)and printed a pictorico ohp (greenish-yellow) negative using my iPF5000 printer. I cranked up my Nuarc VFC143 unit and exposed it on COT 320, pd, NH4citrate , washed and dried and scanned and presented to gallery. The image is a the first and reasonable start for me but I wanted to give my heart felt gratitude to all the participants on this site because it was only a short 5 weeks ago that I got interested in hybrid photography, pd/pt printing and I can truly say 85% of what I learned came from crusing this site. You are great teachers and generous with your gift of knowledge...Thanks ....

That goes for me too. Months of fooling around, buying and trying stuff, and today, finally, a print that (almost) satisfies me. Couldn't have done it without the information, guidance and ideas on this and other forums, like APUG, QTR user group, HiEnd Scan, PDN, etc.
