pushing delta 3200 in 1+1 microphen?

Hello im needing to push some delta 3200 2 stops using microphen however due to time demands and lack of developer I was wondering if I could use microphen 1+1 rather than stock and just double the development times? Or would it be the case that there wouldn't be enough chemical to do its job?


Any advice would be appreciated im kinda a novice at pushing and using microphen (im a rodinal guy at heart)

This is not recommended by Ilford or by the massive dev chart for 12800 ISO. Microphen/D-76/ID-11/xtol stock, DD-X/TMax 1+4, et al are recommended at various times:
