Push process of Portra 400vc

I used to shoot Kodak Portra 400vc and never pushed them before. I would like give it a try. What develop time should I do with 1 EV and 2EV push? Thanks~

Z131 gives 3:45 for 1 stop and 4:15 for two stops, IIRC..

As a quick follow up. Is it worth pushing the 400 when Kodak has an 800 sped emulsion available?

I've pushed a few rolls of 400VC(220) to 800, everything looked great when I ran it at 3:45(30s extra than "normal" 3:15 time).

prints well optically and sc@ns well too.
