Promotional Materials

I propose that we take Bill's information on the event, Distill it down to ~500 words. Get 3-4 killer picks taken from past photostocks and or made using some of the workshop processes, an event schedule and create a boiler plate announcement.

We then will need to create a 2 or three sentence intro for the various forums that we will post to. Most will be the same, but some will benifit if it is tilted toward the forum scope (Alt proc. for Altphoto's or diginegs fro Hybrid etc...)

I can help create this but would like help form those in the know.

From there I can offer my services for the creation of a printed piece.


My time is very limited currently so I can't go much further than that, but I'll do whatever I can.

Anything you can do is a BIG help John. I can set-up the boiler plate page in the website under a secret URL for you guys to cut and paste things.

It might be better to set up the boiler plate here and do the cut and paste. Most of the forums use VB Bulletin and so the code will be the same. We can also add our own edits and suggestions.
