I think your dilutions are wonky....
should be:
14+1 (448+32)
19+1 (456+24)
11+1 (440+40)

You are correct. However, as explained in the full document (see the link), we did so on purpose. Trying to measure out exactly 448 ml is a hassle and, frankly a waste of effort. Even a 10 ml difference in the amount of water used isn't going to matter. Consistency is the key. Besides, most darkroom graduates aren't marked to 1 ml.

I think you underestimate how pedantic the potential customer base is. Frankly, I would just state the dilutions as 1+11, 1+14 & 1+19 and leave off the erroneous 450+x full volumes. These just make it look like you don't know what you're doing at a very fundamental level. But, YMMV.

There is probably 4 statements here that will result in an invitation to a duel on the Bois de Boulogne at 6:00am

On a more serious level does anyone here believe he can see the difference in two sets of negs developed with an extra 10ml of water. all other things being equal of course?
Can it be detected on a densitometer?

Finally are duels still allowed in the state of Colorado? They may not be allowed in the next state of Utah but at least there you can be chillingly sure the challenge was not mistakenly issued under the influence of alcohol or even normal coffee
