ProcessCheck.tif availability

In Lambrecht and Woodhouse's book "Way Beyond Monochrome, 2nd edition (hardcover)", there is a section on making digital negatives, and the file"ProcessCheck.tif" is part of this process. According to the book, this file was available for free on Lambrecht's website, but I could not find it (I also checked Woodhouse's too). Does anyone have this file, and if so, can they please send it to me?
