Hello,

I am new to alternative processes. So far I haven't read about this method with a spectrocolorimeter. I am wondering why because to me it seems to be a good and precise option.

However, I read about PDN. Still unsure about the details it seems be similar. I believe that instead of the spectrocolorimeter is a scanner used in order to get the processed standard tablet into the computer (and then analyzed).

Can you confirm that?
If so, the calibration with a spectrocolorimeter should be equal, right?

Please bear with me if this topic had been discussed in earlier threads but the search function in this forum is a pain in the arse. Without exaggeration I managed to type the letters and numbers from the box only once in a while correctly. I never encountered such difficulties before.

Regards,
