Has anyone else had a problem getting to KEH today? I get a screen with message "server error in '/' application" and a bunch of gobbledygook that means zero to me.
I tried going through Google which says my computer doesn't allow cookies on this website. So I enabled cookies specifically for KEH and I still get this error screen.
Just so you know: I don't know shit about computers and don't care shit to know shit about computers. I just want the damn things to work when I try to use them.
I had the same problem several times today. Fortunately, I have a tracking number for my recent order, and it is already on my way to me. Just a guess I would imagine something wrong on their side of things, and hopefully they get it fixed by Monday. My last order I did by phone using their printed catalogue and through searching their website. Anyway, I doubt it is your choice of computer, nor your choice of browser.
I can log onto keh.com from any Windows machine (Mac too) but others, I can't. I think it has to be IE and Mac/Windows compatible. Don't work on Linux that's for sure.
I get the same error page on IE as I do with Firefox, Safari, and IE on Windows XP running Virtual PC. I have always been able to get on their site until today. Hmmm.
I've had problems with their site several times in the recent past. I tried on several different computers using explorer, mozilla, and aol. Since they don't acknowledge any site upgrade or the like, one can only wonder what the problem may be.
I just checked. Using Mozilla, I was just able to connect to KEH directly from my bookmark for it. I also connected via the link on the home page here.
I've never had the problem some of you encounter. But would suggest that it is more than likely it is a browser issue on your part than a site one on theirs.

I hate to be blunt, but you're wrong, the problem was on their side. It's a not too uncommon .Net error. Their website is back up now, but it was down most of last night and some this morning.
If you'd like to do some light reading on this subject go to http://support.microsoft.com/ and do a search on "Server Error in '/' Application"
