Problem with voigtlander vito b?

Just got a Voigtlander vito b off craigslist. it is a beautiful camera, got it dirt cheap. I think there might be a problem with it though. When i turn the focus ring it seems like the whole lens moves. so i held the shutter on "B" and sure enough the whole lens including the retaining ring is moving. anyone know how I can fix this. Also, shutter sticks at 1/10 and slower.

I also have a Vito B, with a Color skopar lens, and indeed it is a beautifull camera and it takes great photos, as regards the whole lens moving including the retaining ring, that is perfectly normal for this camera, it is a full lens focus, not front cell, so don't worry about it, asregards the shutter sticking at 1/10 and slower, it needs a cla, these old leaf shutters are over 50 years old, and maybe not used for a few years,and they stick, a good clean and they will be good for another 50 years. My advice is to enjoy using the camera, and get a shutter service, and don't worry about the lens, Richard
