PROBLEM FRONTIER SP3000

I recently bought a frontier sp3000 but am having trouble using it. After adjusting all the settings when placing the strip from color negative it does not pull it but if I change the setting to black and white negative it pulls it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I had already managed to scan several strips before and now it won't let me

Hi, are you using the auto 35mm negative carrier, like the NC100?

Is your strip of colour film a standard orange masked C41 negative?

I have used these autocarriers on SP3000 for many years (professionally) and found them very reliable.

Please give a little more detailed description and maybe a few images of the carrier in place, then the inside of the carrier (top and bottom) and your screen.
