Hi, I'm kind of new here. My dad first turned me on to this site about 6 months ago and i finally registered.
First off, this is a wonderful site.
OK, now for the question. Not to long ago my dad and I built a darkroom and bought a durst laborator 1200 enlarger with an ilford multigrade 500h head. From what I've read, (on this site and others) this is a winning combination. We're still working on finding both 4x5 and 35mm negative carriers for it, so i still use my beseler vc67.
sorry that wasn't really a question. here it is:
On a lott rotary print dryer, which side does the emulsion of the print face, towards the metal, or towards the canvas?
i think that it might have something to do with the curl in prints (due to different drying times of emultion and back of paper).
does it matter which paper i use, resin or fiber?
