I would like to announce a photographic printing workshop that I am giving in Riverside California this September.
There will be two day , small group, workshops where I show the various split contrast and toning methods I use here for my personal and client work.

My wife and I are exhibiting our work at M56 Gallery on Saturday September 7th,

While I make many jokes at Bob's expense, you would be hard pressed to find a better (or shorter) printer anywhere.

The show is completely printed and framed for both Laura and I , good sampling of Art 300 enlarger prints of Laura's work as well Mural Size solarizations with multiple toning and equal amount of mural colour solarizations.. Bringing a big portfolio for the talk on Fri evening and will have our complete portfolio at Matthews Gallery for the whole month of September if one cannot make our opening and share a pint or fancy wine.

I hear the crates being made now so I will be relieved when they are done.

If anyone here is in Toronto next Wed you can drop by to see a preview of the show and have a burger and beer and see our facilities,,, we are making it pretty.

A spot opened up for the Sunday/Monday workshop as someone switched to the Thursday/Friday.

So...One spot for Sept 8&9 and 2 spots for the Sept 5&6

I was able to see Laura's and Bob's Simplicity's show hanging at Matts M56 Gallery in Riverside Ca. yesterday, what a nice showing of Photographs. Liked the solarized prints the best, color and Black and White. The tones produced by this method in black and white prints are incredible.
