It would be great to have some transparacies printed without a computer getting involved. The slides probably have to become negatives some way bofore I can print them in the darkroom right?
Are there ways to do this are will this be very complicated without much benifits over just shooting negs for darkroom printing?
Depends on how you want to do it, there are many labs around that do prints off of slides, or you can shoot internegatives off of your slides and then make prints from them, I make a heck of alot of prints off of my slides, in fact the only time I shoot negative film is when I am doing weddings, but 90% of my shooting is slides and I have the local lab do prints for me.
Thanks for the replies, someone already told me it's possible with another filtration, other paper and other chemicals than with negatives. Shame we only have negative enlargers on the academy...
you can use the the enlargers at your school, however you will also need to get some color filters if they don't have a color head.
You will also need special papers and chemsitry,
You will also need a negative carrier that holds a mounted slide. Or it helps to make the process easier.

Indeed I shouldn't although I am just looking at some alternatives at the moment. I wasn't happy with the negatives I am using and, some slide films look much better but maybe there is a neg that has the looks. In case there isn't it will be the hard way but in that case it will certainly be
