Printing square with Pixma 9000 on a Mac

We have a Canon Pixma 9000 running off an Imac. How does one go about printing sizes not provided by either Iphoto or the Canon EZPrint software? I shoot a lot of 6x6 and would like to print square.

Felinik, thank you. It looks like a good tool. It looks like it isn't designed to work with Canon printers, though. Do you know if this is so?

It's just a printer driver "feeder", should work with any printer out there, just like all software works with all printers...

Quad Tone Rip only works with Epson printers, but the QTR-PrintTool is a separate beast. You will still need to prepare your images as squares in a photo editor. So it may not be a tool you need, but it is very useful.
