To handle a spot like the one you have, bleach it with a drop of iodine (on the dry print / can be bought at your local drug store like Walgreens/CVS) then fix and wash it again. You can then spot it like you normally do since the iodine will bleach it white. It is better to handle dark spots like the one you have when you first print the neg but now that you know that, you can do it next time..... Another alternative is to spot the neg. For pinholes on 4x5 I use a super small Sakura pigment pen straight on the neg to mask the black dot into an easily retouched white dot. 35 and 120 are harder to do this with, but you may be able to depending on your dexterity.
