Print Conditioner

I recently received a bottle of Lott-A-Gloss anti-static print conditioner with some other chemicals. I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this stuff. What's in it? Are there similar products it's comparable to? My google-fu has failed me.

There used to be a lot of print flattening and glossing products out there and this sounds like one of them. There was Edwal Super Flat Print Conditioner and also Pakosol. I think there's a lot of glycol and water in these products. They went belly-up like running boards on cars.
