Precipitation from my homebrewed D-76 Replenisher

Hello, I have problem with my homebrewed D-76 replenisher. Maybe someone here can help me.
A few days after mixing a white/transparent crystals precipitate than conglomerate in the bottom of the bottle.
I use distilled water and a precise scale to measure the ingredients. My Metol, Hydroquinone and Borax are fresh, Sodium Sulphide is old but it looks ok.
Do you have some idea what is wrong with my replenisher?

No it is not deionised, it is really distilled.

Long thin crystals ?

I have the same in the D76R that I mixed up and stored in the fridge. Try heating your solution up to say 40°C and giving it a good mix. If that doesn't work, filter out the crystals.

Yes exactly.
Thanks, i will try this at weekend.
I store my chemicals in a relatively cold room. 15°C Do you think it's too cold for this solution?

You just answered your own question. Solubility of some of the constituents drops as temperatures decline. 15 deg. C is too low. Store at 19 deg or higher.

this worked for me.also D76 working solution is usually mixed 1+1 with water at which point the crystals dissolve
