Pre-flashing in a printing out process

I've been making a stupid mistake recently. My last 3 pinhole paper negatives came out low contrast and fogged all over. Last night I realized* I was pre-flashing my paper with the wrong filter, and so the paper was massively flashed. Two pinhole cameras are loaded with this "pre-fogged" paper right now, so I'll have to re-load them.

This got me thinking... if I take that paper and use it for a solargraph or a lumen print or a retina print, do you suppose it will be faster than fresh paper? I don't think so but it's an interesting question to think about. What would you guess?



*P.S. ( Duh! I was sitting last night flashing the paper and thinking to myself "the light seems a lot brighter than usual -- my eyes must be really adapted to the dark!" )

i never flash my paper and can't say whether ir will be faster for sun or retina prints,
because i just use expired paper sometimes with pre-formatted fog
i've wanted to hyper paper in gas made from heating hyderogen peroxide
( as they used to do with film ) but i have never followed through ( cause i don't really want
to breathe in hyderogen peroxide fumes ) ...
