In the wake of converting the lens of a Nikon L35AF into LTM, I decided that I would try another conversion, this time based on a Praktica M60. It turned out to be a much easier conversion, albeit with a bit more fabrication. The end result is a fairly limited - fixed-focus and fixed-aperture - but extremely compact lens.
It does a reasonably good job, all things considered.
I think I know the M60 as the Fujifilm Clearshot S, which I bought in Japan a long time ago. I think it was sort of a fully-automatic toy camera (it had quite soft edges.)
Thanks. Simplicity is often rather beautiful, I think.
Based on a quick internet search, I think you are probably correct that this is a Fujifilm Clearshot derivative. I will update my blog post to reflect this information. Thanks for the info.
