Anastigmat could also mean a Double-Gauss design ...

In a postwar west-german textbook the Pololyt is listed as being of Cooke-Triplet design. Most likely your earlier samples is too.

The Pololyt is usually a Cooke Triplet type lens, my 135m f4.5 is definitely a triplet. Softer at the edges and corners at wider apertures than a Tessar (or type). Great for portraits at wider apertures, stopped down as sharp as a Tessar..
