Poured fixer before stop bath

I was processing Tmax 100. I had my d76 for 9:30 then it must have been too late at night for me. I poured fixer before the stop bath. 25sec into it I realized. Poured it out , then poured stop bath as normal procedure then continue back to fixer again for its normal 10min. What are the consequences to the film of having done this ?
I dumped the fixer afterwards

Not to worry!

The film is/will be fine. The only minor effect on the film is that fixer doesn't stop development as quickly as stop bath will. So you might have developed the film slightly longer, but if your normal development time is 9:30, the difference will be small.

The small amount of developer carried over into the fixer reduces the fixer's capacity, so if you hadn't discarded the fixer, I would have warned you that you probably wouldn't be able to fix quite as many rolls in that fixer before it was exhausted. Clearly, however, that advice is too late.

No consequence at all. You didn't even need to go back and re-pour.

Just for curiosity's sake, remember also that monobath developers actually have the fixer mixed into the same solution with the developing agents, with no formal stop bath included at all.

Remember starting photography back in Poland around '72, never even having stop bath.No drama.

No problem.

On occasions where I am not saving the fixer, I will often go from developer to fixer without a stop bath or a water rinse.

I'm sure someone will tell me why that isn't a good idea but I have seen no problems.

There have been a number of threads on this topic. I still stand by not using stop bath. My first darkroom was poorly ventilated and the acid fumes got to me. My darkroom now is much better but I still don't use the stop. I use HC110 diluted for longish developing times (not quite as long as 9 minutes though)
