I'm keeping my potassium oxalate in the plastic bottle that it came in. As the solution darkened, I noticed it was leaving a stain on the inside of the bottle. If the solution is affecting the bottle, do I have to worry about the plastic leaching something into the solution and affecting print quality? Should I stick with the plastic or is it worth switching to glass?

Just might be platinum and/or palladium particles sticking to the plastic. Mine is in plastic bottle(s) for years.

I concur with Vaughn, have been using plastic gallon bottles for a number of years and have yet to have a problem with them. Just filter the PO every so often.
