There is a tiny slip of paper in the envelope with the information. No one has discovered it so that's a failure. Send the card when you're bored with it.

I checked, though, The only thing in the envelope was the photo. Perhaps you missed mine.

I won't be sending it back. It's mine now!
 
I also received “Duck and chicken eggs” from @mshchem including really teeny slip of paper with description. Because I was reading a conversation on this forum yesterday, I opened the envelope with the care so as not to drop anything out.

What I like about the postcard is the sense of rural tranquility it radiates. A deserted road, a leaning mailbox, and a handwritten sign propped against the mailbox, partially hidden by the grass.

I went back to the envelope to check, and...: "Plato Iowa USA/Hassy 80mm/Kentmere 200/XTOL". This was actually a easter egg!

Glad you found the teeny note. I need to figure out a way to put info on the cards. Not a fan of the adhesive labels but they work.

This is the area where some of my great great grandparents came by wagon from Ohio In 1850. Originally from England left in 1830.
 
From the perspective of a former participant - around 40 rounds I believe - it really helps if the cards have on them the Exchange Round they are part of, a title and the sender's Photrio name.
 
I also received it and it took over a month! Thanks @mshchem . Lovely contrast and glossiness!
PS: I just found the tiny paper after reading about it here
 
Oh, @mshchem - I dug through the giant recycling bin to fish out your envelope and found the extremely tiny piece of paper. I apologize for my failing eyesight.

My handwriting is indecipherable and I didn't want to put any ugly stickers on the card. This way it might prove useful to send an angry message to your politicians
 
You could put the stickers on the inside of the envelope
 
It was actually a serious suggestion!
 
Next time I'll just put the sticker where return address is. That'll get the high-speed USPS Zeppelin service
 
How about making the piece of paper somewhat bigger than a postage stamp?
 
I've had @Ajven card for a while now, and I have forgotten to mention it.
I received "BRNO" complete with the history of the area in the image. I love the complex simplicity the image offers. It is an area I would explore.

taurabon, "playrope #10", a wonderful idea and beautifully executed and printed - and I always thought it's all been done before!!!
film is cheap, "a robins snack", now that's listening to nature. when i 1st looked i turned the card this way, then that, then ended up orienting it based upon the label on the back resulting in a counter-intuitive framing and image. the out-of-focus edge really makes it dynamic.
drpsilver, "do the twist", made by nature and many a tough winter - still standing, though no longer majestic, but dignified.
ajven, "brno", a back & and forth one! interesting picture, nicely printed and toned. the horizon, the offset, the balance of the composition just off a bit to make the image attractive and interesting - especially with the church reaching up on the left! the pilings and people in the foreground, the equipment - all spellbinding. then you read the history... and extraordinary experience.
don h, "tractor" - yes, "it looked pretty good" to me also... then I thought, how does it get across that gully? the tractor's not new, but well taken care of? where's the farmer? barn? farmhouse? they all seem far away? "pretty good", but not so simple!
rduroc, "cyanotype - car lot", perfect choice of paper and process to add the element curiosity and allure!
michael howard, "dublin gulch", i expect that grizzled, unshaven, scruffy played-out miner to walk out of the darkness.
mfohl "bridge support", lines and curves - and that little black square!
jim christie, "too many wheelbarrows", that's what makes america great! it serves no useful purpose, just enjoy it!!!
absalom 1951, "bent railing", could also be called "needs a haircut". nice textures and contrasts.
gbroadbridge, "white bay power...", yup and now they've replaced all those gauges, switches, and processes they measure and control with a chip the size of a dime! me, cynical? maybe
simon I, "cross and cemetery", a moody print with subtlety, and macabre possibilities.
pamphoto, "end of season", well seen, composed, and printed - a real harbinger of the cold to come
sjc1952, "stay woke", you bin told!
vbenares, "clouds and mountains", enough of the mountains to be more than inferred, and enough of the clouds to add the mystery... masterful
daniela, "sculpture at..." a photograph as art... the contrast of the sculpture and the building, lights and darks, shapes, angles, fluffy cloud - WOW!
mschem, "duck and chicken...", i guess i'm a fan of the dark - great tones, makes this image stand out!

now i'll put each of the cards on my photo wall to enjoy.

FYI - my image this round "home for two" is an example of some of the work I do. I usually approach people, engage them in conversation to find out a bit about them, then be able to ask to make a picture. I am always amazed that 9 out of 10 people say "yes."

After, if they live on the street, I offer them a new pair of socks from a bag I carry, and move on. Unfailingly they have always eagerly and happily accepted them as it's one of the things they always need. In this case I put one pair in front of the man sleeping on the ground, and then spoke with the man in the background.

I received three more postcards during the last weeks:
@Ajven "BRNO": An very interesting view from the city of Brno. In the foreground, you can see the concrete pillars left after the demolition of a building, while in the background the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul towers above the old town. Thank you also for the text with its explanations about the textile industry in Brno. Very beautifully and appropriately exposed on chamois photographic paper. I also wish you a good year 2026.
@FilmIsCheap "A Robin's Snack": An apple pecked at by a robin on a wooden table. An image that most people would have overlooked. I like such motifs, as they encourage one to look more closely at the details of one’s surroundings instead of passing by them carelessly.
@mshchem "Duck and chicken eggs": A beautiful composition. A mailbox at the edge of a country road with handwritten advertising. I have never eaten duck eggs, but I would stop immediately to try them.
 
Received a beautiful glossy Ilford postcard from HWV. "Einsteinhaus Caputh" outstanding print, composition, perfect tones, bright whites, mid tones, and deep black. Borderless. Well done Thanks!

"A Robin's Snack" from FilmIsCheap is interesting partly because the photo works in all orientations. The lighting gives the image some depth and texture. An image made because you were prepared for "something different". Well done.
"BRNO" from Ajven is interesting on several levels: (1) I initially thought it was Prague (visited many years ago), (2) the paper used has a very yellow/red paper base, (3) the juxtaposition of developed and undeveloped land. When I received this card my thoughts went to "it is underfixed". But the underlying tones of the print have not changed, so my observation is incorrect. What is interesting is that the paper tone changes with the quality of light in which the print is viewed.
