I have also received @Oxleyroad lovely"First Flowers" card with a nice description. The photograph has a mix of graininess and softness that I very much enjoy.
In addition, two photos in one envelope arrived from Romania, marked for PCX#56:
@Dunga- "Ady Endre - Memorial House" - A very nice high-contrast RC print of an interior scene with some very fine detail. @MToma- "A Star-Spangled Welcome" - A not-so-welcoming Welcome scene. Good stuff!
Lately received the card I sent to @bedrof "returned to sender" - only took .... 8 months to get back to me from when I sent it. I'll use an envelope next round and resend it. It didn't even get damaged.

That's what I did in rounds 57 and 58. Well, I sent 57 there after it got returned - I thought this one went through. It took over half a year to get back to me.

I think my attempts to send to Russia took about 3 months to get back to me. I sent three cards/prints to Uzbekistan and haven't heard if they had been received. I received a card from Ilya, so that part is working.
I too received Howard Earl's "Please Help", and thought it was for Round #60. I posted comments in the Round #60 thread, and here below.
"Please Help" from Howard Earl has a story that unfortunately is all too familiar in large cities. You have captured the parson and his plea with grace and mercy.
I also received @Howard Earl 's card. You don't need to worry about being late - you followed through on it, so that's a reason to be happy. I think everyone here is accepting of the fact that any number of things can happen to prevent the printing and sending of cards. We all just appreciate getting them,
