I'll miss your card for sure. Hope to see you back for the 50th round, Matt. With regret, I'm going to have to miss this one.
With regret, I'm going to have to miss this one.
I think that this will be the first one I've missed since Round 17.
Good luck with all that!I’ve been in it as long as you have I think, but have missed a few rounds over the years, usually due to moves. It’s always tough looking at the comments for the rounds your not in! In the past, when I would have time (!) I would print some extra cards for an upcoming round, in case I couldn’t get into a darkroom.
in any event, I’m a bit late on the last round (work is killing me this year), but I hope to get in the darkroom once the semester finishes next week. Then maybe I can sign up for this one.
I'm going through all sorts of things in preparation for a move. With regret, I'm going to have to miss this one.

Sender's choice.I'm thinking of participating this time. Do we send the same postcard to everyone, mix it up, or sender's choice?
Sender's choice.
I prefer to send the same one to everyone, because it simplifies things. I use pre-printed labels with a detailed description, addressed and personalized using a mail-merge tool in my word processor. I have, however sometimes printed some different cards for people in my Darkroom Group who are also participating, simply because they might have already seen the image I chose for the rest of the cards.
It is also an excellent printing exercise. The necessary attention to detail and process care involved in printing 25+ copies (in my case) of the same image helps keep my printing skills "current".
