No, I am not doing it by hand. I have a small Java program which does the grouping. It also generates the PMs to be sent out as a big macro for Thunderbirds iMacros addon so I do not have to send all the PMs by hand.... Edit: how do you allocate people to each other? Do you have an automated way of doing it or are you doing it by hand?
Lori,Quick Question! My daughter Jane (13) would like to be in the exchange. Can I just sign her up for 10 cards or does she need to join the group? My oldest (Mary) is planning on joining herself and signing up for the exchange this time also. We are going to have some family darkroom time in the next couple of months!

Hoffy: did you end up writing a bit of Perl for the dyxum postcard swap?
Not necessarily Chris. Also the participants who sign up for the max will get as many cards in return as they send out. The max just means that you do not have a limit. Maybe we should have called it unlimited in the first. Only if both of you sign up for the max it is certain that you will end up in each others group.... The quantity you sign up for you will receive in return. And since I signed up for the maximum(lately 50 to 60 cards), you would get one from me.
