Rue Montorgueil, Paris, August 2013. I wish I could say this was my OM-1 loaded with Tri-X Pan, but it's a digital capture on a Canon EOS Rebel with 55-250 zoom. I cropped and converted to b&w for a (hopefully) HCB feel. An actual Parisian though, a rarity in August. Shot from across the street, she never noticed me.
 
What's going on there, do people steal the dress or are they just pervy

No - the little kids want to play with the Barbie dolls.
And when kids play with Barbies, their outfits change.
 
Picture taken with a Ricoh AF-5. The lens used is amazingly sharp for a mere point & shoot. I used an old Kodak Plus-X (shot at 50 iso) and developped with Rodinal [1 + 50].
