Thanks, Colin for posting and for your comment. Yes, Ho Chi Minh City, aka Saigon offers a rich and diverse photo environment. But you'll have to work hard to get the pictures: the city is hot, humid and very crowded. It is also very large -by now, there are some 10 million people living in the greater HCMC area and so you'll need transportation to get around. Ideally a motorbike but that option not for everyone. Cheers, SnC

Sounds a lot like Bangkok. I was there a few years ago in April -- I'm sure I don't have to tell you what the weather is like a few weeks before rainy season starts! Makes it all the more impressive and gratefully received when you DO get an image.

Hi Colin, thanks for your comment, and for the link to your site. I am still browsing and enjoying myself. Agreed, I don't think there is a worse month than April to be in, either Bangkok, or Saigon. in Saigon, it was very hot this year but because of COVID-19, I spent most, if not all of my time, indoors. The monsoon season started late but now it's a bit cooler and most COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted. There haven't been any community transmissions for the past 90 days, or so but the borders remain closed for now. If you ever decide to come this way, give me a buzz and I'll show you around. Cheers, SnC
