This is a street artist in Eugene, Oregon, named Frog. He writes booklets of jokes that he sells. Pentax 6 x 7 w/ 150 mm f/2.8 Takumar lens. Ilford Delta 3200 E.I. 1600 developed in Fomadon Excel.
