Well, while we're on the subject of handheld shots and in honor of @GregY 's canoe pix, I give you:

Though I much prefer to shoot medium- and large format, the immediacy on an SLR lets me capture things that are just there for a moment. I find that my Leica RFs take that to the next level ... Having all these choices is called a "First World Problem".


@GregY as much as I tried, I simply could not bond with my GW690II. It's a very fine bit of glass but I found the handling of the camera to not "fit" me naturally. I recently sold it on the the theory that I will use my "Baby" Speed Graphic as my sole 6x9 camera.
