Nice work, do you grow the crystals yourself? I do some photo microscopy myself, including crystals and microchips, mostly bugs though. Here's some on my Flickr.

There used to be a world of difference between abstract art form and display of, well ... clearly defined things from our surroundings. This thread seems to suggest if there is a difference, the line is super fine, nearly impossible to pin point.

Having said that, some really good images.
