A soft working developer is necessary, in other words a film developer works better with it than paper developers.
See this link on F295 about the same paper. I've done some simple portraits with it, using an improvised binocular lens mounted to a nested box camera. I found it needs a considerable amount of preflash to help get good tonal range; on the order of ~3x the amount of preflash I normally give my grade 2 paper negatives to control contrast.
