Portraits In Paris and Brussels - I need to find a photolab in Paris

I'm on my way for some portrait work in Paris and Brussels and I'm looking for a very good photolab in Paris that specialises in analog photography and has a good supply of various films.

Do you know of any photolabs/analog suppliers you can recommend?

My first reaction would be to recomend PICTO, Bresson's preffered lab in Paris, but after a quick research I found out they have gone Digital ....

Photo Guy is OK for buying material (films etc) but does he do lab work ? He didn't when I lived there...

You will find their address (they have two, but the main is in montmartre) in the site but they also have a little space where you can give your films for processing (and everything you can imagine) called Espace Dupon Bastille located at 42 rue St-Bernard in the 11th district, which is not listed in the website

All three are professional labs and will give you the best quality, especially if you are looking for black and white work (dupon and imaginoir are specialists). But they all are quite expensive.

A less expensive lab is NEGATIF+ (106, rue Lafayette Paris 10). Would recommend it for color but not for b&w (not at all). They also have a good supply of films. They are good but not as good as the labs I gave earlier (but they are also a lot more affordable).

But when it comes to buying films I go to them only when I can't find what I want at Negatif+. Not that they are not good, but N+ is just closer from my home .
A good place to go when you're looking for photographic supplies is the Boulevard Beaumarchais near Bastille. It is filled with plenty of photographic stores. I can recommend AMC LABO, AMC Photo, Cirque photo..

The last time I was in Paris, I went to Prophot hoping that I would find there things I coudn't find elsewhere. I was deeply disappointed. They said they didn't have any graded paper, no Oriental, no Bergger, just Ilford and Agfa Multigrade...

That's odd because now they do have graded papers like bergger, foma or Kentmere.
I don't know for you when you came but for me it's sometimes difficult to find papers here, sometimes I have to do several places to find a store which has what I want in stock (that's why I gave as much locations as I could).
Another place for papers is AMC Labo at Bd Beaumarchais or Cirque Photo, But sometimes it's hard to find something other that Ilford or tetenal. Cirque photo often offers some foma though.

Now I gave prophot because I understand that Nicole is mainly interested in finding films, which is a whole different story here.

I'd also recommend Espace Dupon Bastille on rue St-Bernard in the 11th, Nicole. It's a little way out of the central districts, but easy to get to.
