Hello All,

I'm looking for portra VC films in 120. 35mm would be fine if that's what you have.
I tried a few rolls when they first came out, but then just stuck with gold 100.

Portra VC (or NC, too) Would be quite old film now. Why not use the current incarnation of Portra?

I agree. I tried Portra VC and quite liked it, but that was 2003-2004 time frame.

Thanks for the replies.
I use the current portra films and enjoy them.
This however is more of a nostalgia thing. The newest I have seen expired in 2011 or so.
My plan is to hopefully find something cold stored and/or push process to get close to the original look.

Ahhh... understood.

I never liked VC but loved NC. I may have a couple of rolls of VC that date back to the release of Portra. They were “demo” rolls that Kodak sent as samples. Got me hooked on 160NC. They’ve been cold stored for a long time.
