I just acquired a Panorama head for my Minolta Autocord and tested it for the first time at our local park.

Five 6x6 negatives stitched in PT gui. Acros 100 in Diafine.
Not a $600 panorama head for MF nor a 6x17 back for 4x5 but pretty good for its age.

Cheers,

Luc

Your post is perfect timing because i just aquired one of those for my ROLLEI TLR.

That's a slick looking tripod! What is it?

Berlebach 2032. I find it very nice and simple to use. No ball head, I just use the one included in the base so it is very stable and economical

Cheers,

Luc

I second that. I use the Berlebach 3032 with my Rolleiflex T. It really is a great set up with a TLR. Light weight, folds up small, sturdy, dampens vibrations and the built in leveling head has always been sufficient for my needs.

It's a stitching program to make panoramic images from multiple shots.

Ok, thanks. So, this was made into a smooth panorama using a computer.

Just FYI digital processing is off topic here on APUG. DPUG is a great place for that.

Oh right  don't bring the fire and brimstone on me yet but convince my wife that our guest room would make a perfect darkroom :w00t:

Luc - lets just pretend you made several prints the same size, cut and pasted them together, copied them and made a new print which you retouched to make a final print..just like we would have 30 years ago....

You just did it virtually as you don't have access to a darkroom at the moment..

Nice job...must get one of those heads for myself.....

Thanks for your understanding. This is a pretty neat tool. Now if I was a machine shop/welder specialist, I might add a tiny bit of steel here and there to make it a bit stiffer but otherwise the concept is simple and great.

Cheers,

Luc

Sorry, this is off topic for APUG. Perfect for DPUG though.
