If I cut acrylic with laser , water or cnc mill , it frosts. I am looking for a solution to polish in acrylic or glass in very tight cut shapes without any hand access. Is there a machine for that ?

You mean something like that chemical polishing of metal surfaces?

Hello AgX ,

I have no idea , I mean with solution not chemistry but an answer. I think there is a honing option for cnc mills but I did not see one in action. I dont know its precision. I worked a mold making company and they send milled steel molds to burning to clean the surfaces. I think cnc shop have a solution but I dont know what it is. Any idea is welcome.

I thought with "without any hand acess" you refered to, otherwise than chemical, hard to reach parts...

In theory there should be something like heat polishing.

On the mechanical side typically polishing pastes are used. But I sometimes use surfaces without special abrasives to polish plastic surfaces.
