I found this print maker on the local classifieds. Does anybody know what it is/how it's used?
The description says that it has auto exposure and auto focus. It can take negatives up to 6x7 and paper sizes up to 20x30 cm (b&w and colour). It can be used in daylight and is seemingly ideal for series of prints.
I'd be very interested in any details or similar equipment. A quick google search turned up nothing.

It is a automated enlarger for 35mm film to be used in mass-printing in a commercial lab.

You get a lot of machinery in house but no actual benefit.
You are bound to use rolled paper. In certain widths. You cannot meter selectively, burn, doge, frame etc.

Have you some one helping you with the pick-up?
A manual might be handy too...

Very cool. Looks like something Barney Collier would tinker with in order to prevent a h-bomb going off.

I don't plan on buying it, I was just curious what it is.
Thanks for the info, seems to be too limiting compared to a standard enlarger for me.
