Polaroid Type 572 - any tips for best results?

I've been lucky enough to get hold of some polaroid 572. Being neither particularly wealthy nor keen to waste any with exposure tests, I was hoping someone may have some hints for getting the best results.

Is the box speed accurate or does it behave like type 52 (the only other 400ASA polapan film I know of) and benefit from being rated at 600ASA?
