kaligar telephoto attachment for polaroid pack film cameras with auxiliary viewfinder, case, instructions, lenscap--the viewfinder has lines for the tele attachement as well as the other wide angle attachement they sold. checking the lines show that the wide is like a 35mm lens on 35mm camera and the tele is like 85mm on 35mm camera if you want to use it as an aux viewfinder for a homebrew camera.....$20.00 plus shipping.
