Does anyone here know anything about this video film recorder?

I can find any information on what the actual resolution of the crt would be, if it is indeed a crt.
Most film recorders say their resolution is 2k, 4k, or 8k, which is like "pixels" as I understood it.
Im just curious whether the freeze frame is on par with other film recorders when it comes to resolution.
